Ingredients:
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat
Add the sliced onion and red bell pepper
Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften
Add the broccoli florets and julienned carrot
Continue to stir fry for another 2-3 minutes
Add the minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes
Stir fry for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them
Toss everything together to combine and coat the noodles evenly
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well mixed
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds
