Chocolate Chunk Blondies



These chocolate chunk blondies are rich, chewy, and loaded with chunks of chocolate. They make a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks or chips

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it

Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl until everything is well mixed

Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together, and then slowly add it to the butter mixture until it's just combined

Add chocolate chunks and mix well

Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared

In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Let it cool down before you cut it into squares
