Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the elbow macaroni until it is al dente
Let it cool down after draining
Put mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar in a large bowl
Mix until it's smooth
In a bowl, add the cooked and cooled macaroni
Then, add the creamy dressing and toss to coat
Cut up the red and green bell peppers, red onion, celery, dill pickles, and fresh parsley and add them to the macaroni
Make sure that everything is well mixed
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the macaroni salad in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it so that the flavors can mix
